A new Human-Centered Leadership in Health and Human Services Certificate is available through the University of Maryland School of Social Work. The online program is research- and practice-based, and designed primarily for women, although anyone is welcome to join.

The certificate was developed by Karen Hopkins, PhD, MSW, and Megan Meyer, PhD, MSW, following surveys of human service organizations and women health and human service professionals to assess leadership needs, as well as an extensive review of the best leadership models for health and human services.

The one-year certificate includes monthly online synchronous workshops and facilitated peer and individual coaching. You can learn more about the program and how to apply using this link: Learn more about the Leadership Certificate Program
