Jan. 30: CMAS Drop-In Session Focuses on Preventing ‘Split’ Purchases on PCard
January 10, 2023Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS) hosts periodic drop-in sessions to discuss a variety of compliance and/or change management issues.
Join CMAS at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, for a one-hour session discussing split purchases on the PCard. A brief presentation will cover topics such as the single purchase limit, how to identify/prevent “split” purchases, audit risks/implications, etc. The remainder of the session will offer an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns.
Attendance is encouraged for PCardholders and Authorized Reviewers. All are invited to bring specific scenarios for group discussion. Representatives from SSAS will be available to answer questions.
