Do you know what a Traveler Delegate is? Or, the difference between a Travel Administrator and a Traveler Delegate? 

Attend this meeting to learn the new system roles and the responsibilities associated with each role. The information provided during this meeting will assist in assigning roles on the access request forms. This meeting is critical to ensure that roles are properly assigned prior to launching Concur. This meeting will be recorded. 

Individuals with responsibilities in entering or approving travel forms are strongly encouraged to attend.
