Every March, we celebrate the contributions of women to our collective history. Join us as Isabel Rambob, DDS, assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD), mentor, mediator, entrepreneur, and president of the American Association of Dentists speaks to the warrioress within us and offers valuable lessons on achieving perseverance and self-worth after resilience despite obstacles. Speaker Bio

In addition to her role at UMSOD, Rambob is the founder of Rambob Training Services, LLC, a company that offers interpersonal communication skills coaching and training to dentists and dental teams. She is the president of the American Association of Women Dentists. She is also a certified digital marketing professional, certified mediator, and prolific speaker who has lectured in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and South America.

Rambob received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of Feira de Santana, Brazil. She completed a one-year program in advanced education in comprehensive dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry then completed a one-year residency program in advanced education in general dentistry at Howard University College of Dentistry.

Rambob is passionate about teaching, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and volunteering. She is an avid knowledge seeker who believes that commitment to professional development is one of the keys to professional success.
