May 25: Launch Your Life Holds Well-Being Day for Mental Health Awareness Month

It’s time to recharge your energy and focus on self-care! UMB Human Resource Services' Launch Your Life program is hosting a mini-well-being day May 25 to help provide relief from stress and anxiety, boost your mood, and build strength and power in your body and mind.
You will be able to select from a number of activities of your choice. Relax with music and mindful activities, including adult coloring, jigsaw puzzles, painting and mocktails.
11-11:30 a.m.: Chair Yoga
11:30 a.m.: Mindful Activities
12-12:15 p.m.: Guidance Resources Employee Assistance Program presentation
12:30-1 p.m.: Chair Yoga
