The Workplace Mediation Service knows the importance of good listening skills at work and at school. And we are making it easier for you to rethink your listening skills and practice different ones in an in-person workshop.

The Flex Your Listening Skills: Active Listening Discussion and Primer workshop is geared for anyone who wants to take their listening skills to the next level. It is led by Toby Guerin, JD, executive director, Center for Dispute Resolution (C-DRUM) at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

This is a concluding event of the Workplace Mediation Service's October Conflict Resolution Month activities focusing on the value and practice of Listening: It's Worth It.
