Facilitated by the Intercultural Center, the Poverty Simulation raises critical awareness of poverty and how it shapes the lives of low-income families. Participants will engage in dialogue with the goal of unpacking our beliefs and shifting the paradigm of poverty as a result of individual failure to a structural problem of our society. The event will be held at noon April 12.
