Focused on optimizing the staff recruitment and hiring practices, UMB's Human Resource Services will be conducting six listening sessions starting Oct. 23 to engage the UMB community. We are seeking input from employees on how UMB can strengthen the staff recruitment and hiring process and enhance training opportunities.
The listening sessions will be conducted in person with a virtual option. Registration is required.
