Focused on optimizing the staff recruitment and hiring practices, Human Resource Services will be conducting six listening sessions engaging the UMB community. We are seeking input from employees on how UMB can strengthen the staff recruitment and hiring process and enhance training opportunities. The listening sessions will be conducted in-person with a virtual option. Registration is required.
Listening Sessions:
New Employees only (hired between September 2022-September 2023): Oct. 23, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Supervisors and Hiring Managers only: Oct. 25, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and Oct. 26, 1-3 p.m.
Staff only: Oct. 30, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and Oct. 31, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
HR Staff and DEI Staff only: Nov. 1, 12-2 p.m.
