The NADD program committee wants to pilot one or two virtual webinars in between our NADD meetings to see if we can cover important issues that we cannot always schedule for our conferences. Our first pilot will be focused on upcoming Voting advocacy, planned by Terry Mizrahi and her colleagues. We have set the date for this presentation as Thursday, February 15 from 4:30 PM-6 PM ET. This will likely be a webinar for which participants will need to register, but the invitation will be open to your faculty and staff—first come, first serve.
In the next few weeks, announcements of the session title, description, presenters, etc. This is a critical issue for our democracy and the clients that we serve. Terry and her colleagues presented at the fall NADD meeting and this will be a similar, but not identical, session.
