Finals are stressful, so make sure to take some time for self-care during the next few weeks. Join the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) at UMB for our cookie decorating event on Dec. 7 at 4 p.m. in the SMC Campus Center, Room 115.
Decorate sugar cookies with classmates and peers for a stress-free afternoon. Additionally, students are encouraged to wear their ugly holiday sweaters to enter the sweater contest for prizes.
Hot chocolate, warm cider, and snacks will be provided for all attendees.
