The Institute for Innovation and Implementation's Parent, Infant, and Early Childhood team recently released the Maryland Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) Equity Mapping Report. This new report identifies where the Maryland State Department of Education-funded IECMHC services were delivered in comparison to where child care programs are located, in the context of racial/ethnic and socioeconomic factors.
