One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. It is the most diagnosed cancer in women, and the most common cancer in women worldwide. Although breast cancer in men is rare, an estimated 2,150 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 410 will die from the disease each year.
