Beginning in May 2023, the Concur team has disabled Train Travel in the Booking Tool in Concur. Train travel can and should be added as an Expense Type on the Travel Request, but you will not be able to book it in Concur. You should instead book train travel with Travel Leaders Corporation, UMB's travel agency, or outside Concur directly with the train vendor, such as Amtrak.

This only applies to booking trains in Concur (not other booking options/segments, such as hotels or airfare.) As a reminder, all airfare needs to be booked in Concur or with the travel agent. Hotels and rental cars can be booked in Concur, but it is not required.
