The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) is looking for feedback on our website! The CITS department provides many services to the UMB community including technology support, maintenance of academic and administrative systems, data analytics and reporting, and technology operations like web development and network and communication services. You may have visited our website for information on the IT Help Desk or directions for creating your UMID. Chances are, if you work or learn here at UMB, you’ve interacted with CITS.
Over the next six months, CITS will be redesigning our website to create a more user-friendly experience on our webpages. Our goal is to create a better experience for UMB students, staff, and faculty — and we are looking for your input!
