Have you had clinical experience working with nursing home residents in the past three years with an active role in facilitating advance care planning (ACP)? Then you are the ACP expert we are looking for to be involved in this project to develop an ACP implementation assessment tool!
Your participation will include:
- A virtual group discussion (one hour)
- Two (possibly three) electronic survey completion on endorsement on tool items (10 minutes each)
- Use of the developed tool to evaluate the quality of a vignette (10 minutes)
Participants will be compensated:
- A gift card of $100
