The compliance deadline for the Spring 2025 semester is Dec. 31, 2024.
All students must complete their compliance requirements in EXXAT PRISM to be compliant for the Spring 2025 semester. As we are no longer using CastleBranch, we will not be checking CastleBranch accounts for compliance. For more information, please visit the Compliance Webpage or email nrscompliance@umaryland.edu.
Any student who is not compliant by the deadline will be dropped from clinical/practicum courses as well as any co-requisites.
You do not need to complete any new vaccinations/titers/certifications unless they are/will be expiring in CastleBranch or are considered incomplete. To transfer your compliance documents to PRISM, you will need to download the approved documents from CastleBranch and upload them to the corresponding requirement in your PRISM tracker.
We will be hosting two informational sessions for any student looking for guidance on the transition process. Please feel free to attend either session.
