Doctoral Student Organization Nursing Travel Awards Spring 2024
January 30, 2024Are you a nursing doctoral student whose scholarly work has been accepted at an upcoming conference? If so, apply for the Doctoral Student Organization (DSO) Travel Award by Feb. 20. The DSO is providing financial awards to select PhD and DNP students to assist with paying for travel, lodging, poster printing, and registration fees associated with presenting their scholarly work at local, regional, or national conferences. Students will be notified of award decisions by March 10. If the conference occurs before the formal award decision, students are advised to keep all applicable receipts.
The DSO will fund as much as possible based on student organization semester funding, but complete funding for all expenses is not guaranteed.
