The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) is excited to present the Fall 2024 Dialogue Engagement and Learning Series (DEALS) this semester.
The Dialogue Engagement and Learning Series will allow School of Social Work (SSW) staff, faculty, and students to explore the foundations of intergroup dialogue (IGD) and practice communicating across differences. IGD is intended to foster an increased understanding of commonalities and differences between and among groups, develop dialogue skills to better communicate and work through conflicts, form alliances, and empower groups and individuals to take collective action for social change.
