Feb. 6: CMAS Drop-In Session Focuses on PCard Compliance Policy Refresher
January 16, 2024Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS) hosts periodic drop-in sessions to discuss a variety of compliance and/or change management issues.
Join CMAS from 2-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, for a PCard Policy Refresher covering topics such as:
- Purchase Allowability
- Split Purchases
- Card Maintenance Issues
- Authorized Reviewer Expectations
- Reconciliation, Reallocation, and Reviews
- Audits and Consequences
An hourlong training will be followed by approximately 30 minutes allotted for open discussion. Feel free to join us for the full 1.5 hours or just drop in around 3 p.m. and bring your questions/concerns. Representatives from Strategic Sourcing and Acquisition Services will be available to answer questions.
