Join us at noon Tuesday, April 23, for the next Graduate School Research Colloquia session. Our presenter this month is Virginia Rowthorn, JD, LLM, assistant vice president for global engagement and associate professor.

Topic: Global Reciprocal Innovation: What's Old Is New Again

Description: How can “reciprocal innovation” be encouraged to identify innovations developed outside the U.S. to improve domestic health care and health equity? Reciprocal innovation encourages a progressive, bidirectional mindset of innovation flow. Although a promising direction in global health, attention must be paid not to replicate extractive processes seen throughout history.
