Sushi in the Sukkah with a plate of sushi

Sukkot is coming up this week! Sukkot is a Jewish holiday that celebrates the fall harvest. The holiday's central ritual is building a sukkah, a temporary shelter, to commemorate the huts built by Jews during the harvest. We'll be learning more about Sukkot, as well as the different rituals associated with it, like shaking the lulav and etrog.

Please join the Jewish Student Association (JSA) and Chabad on Campus for Sushi in the Sukkah on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 5 p.m.

Location: University of Maryland Medical Center Sukkah
