UMB’s Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) will soon be transitioning its servers and databases for student enterprise applications to the cloud. This transition will begin on Friday, July 12, at 3:30 p.m. and is expected to end Monday, July 15, at 8 a.m.

During this extended maintenance window, Banner, Self-Service Banner (SURFS), and Degree Works will be inaccessible for all users (students, faculty, staff). CRM Recruit will be available during this maintenance window; however, the application will not be connecting to Banner for real-time updates until service is restored.
 
Additionally, any output that may have recently been produced as a result of running Banner jobs/reports will be lost once this maintenance period is completed. For example, if one ran a Banner class roster report (SFRSLST) just prior to the maintenance period, the output will no longer be accessible when Banner comes back online.
 
Most importantly, because of this transition, the following applications will have updated URLs once maintenance is completed. If you have previously bookmarked your URLs, please change them when the system is restored on July 15.
