June is Men’s Health Month.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 13.2% of men aged 18 and over are in fair or poor health. Additionally, men of color experience higher rates of heart disease and cancer diagnoses, due to insufficient health care and stigmas.
