Sandra Barrueco, PhD, professor and director of clinical training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County's Department of Psychology, will discuss methods used in her longitudinal, national survey including community partnerships, translation and cultural adaptation of assessment and diagnosis, and national sampling. She utilizes a prevention science framework to examine and address developmental and mental health difficulties among language minority, immigrant, and migrant children.
