As ironic as it may sound, conflict can work for everyone and in everyday situations. And although conflict works year-round, the Workplace Mediation Service is giving it extra recognition in October for Conflict Resolution Month. Join us if you want conflict to work for you.
This month we are hosting a variety of events and sharing resources centered around the theme "Conflict Works." You will have the chance to participate in interactive events to equip you with practical communication and conflict management skills and help you better understand mediation and how you can benefit from it.
Interactive Events: Discovery Chats and scenario practicing to help you develop your "Conflict Works" mindset and communication skills.
Meet Our Mediators: Our mediator spotlight will highlight one of our mediators and at each event you’ll have the opportunity to meet part of the wonderful team behind our mediation services.
Resource Sharing: Learn from valuable resources through our online "Conflict Works" information.
