The University of Maryland, Baltimore's (UMB) Live Near Your Work (LNYW) program is pleased to announce the addition of Harlem Park as the latest qualifying neighborhood for homeownership. The LNYW program is a homebuying assistance benefit for University employees that offers money toward the down payment and closing costs of homes in select West Baltimore neighborhoods. Eligible UMB participants can get up to $18,500 in grant money for a home purchase in the qualifying neighborhoods.
