Management Essentials
UMB's Organization and Employee Development (OED) is offering Management Essentials beginning March 7. Management Essentials is a modular instructor-led program designed to empower individuals on their leadership journey. Registration is open until Feb. 1, 2024. Register early as only 30 spots are available.
As part of the Management Essentials program, participants will complete the TRACOM Social Style and Versatility Assessment. Each participant will complete a self-assessment as well as invite colleagues to complete the multi-rater assessment. This multi-rater approach allows participants to see how others perceive their ability to communicate with those of a different style. Click here for more information on TRACOM Social Style.

Career Essentials
UMB Career Essentials is now open for registration in Percipio. The session starts on Tuesday, Feb. 13. The five-session series will meet in person for session 1, Personal Assessment and Teamwork. The remaining four sessions will be virtual instructor-led via Zoom. The True Colors Assessment is used to help participants explore who they are and how they communicate and take in information. We will also discuss how these preferences can impact our interaction with other team members.
Each session is two hours, from 10 a.m.-noon.
