Exempt staff who are not members of a collective bargaining unit and who are not members of senior University leadership are eligible.
WHY?
- Advocate on behalf of staff to University leadership
- Connect and collaborate with new people across the UMB community
- Serve as an active participant in UMB's shared governance initiative to continue to make UMB a great place to work
