In fall 2023, the University officially launched the its first-ever Diversity Strategic Plan centered around the premise of REPS.

To ensure greater accountability and strengthen the impact and sustainability of the plan, each school will share a summary of the state of EDI in their area following the REPS structure and propose strategies for improvement.
