We are interested in learning from teen siblings and parents of children with serious illness and medical complexity about their needs, preferences, and challenges related to family communication.

Siblings ages 12 - 17 and a parent are eligible if they live together and with the child with a serious illness at least part time and can speak English or Spanish.

Being part of the study includes completing a few surveys that take about 10 minutes for siblings and 20 minutes for parents. If interested, siblings and parents can complete a separate interview with the nurses running the study.

Location
