Online survey

The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) is an anchor institution impacting multiple Baltimore neighborhoods and communities. To understand the role of UMB as an anchor institution, the President's Fellows of the President’s Symposium and White Paper Project are surveying members of the UMB campus community about their experiences living on or near campus, working and attending school at UMB, or visiting UMB for services or resources.

Before clicking the link, please be aware that this is considered a research activity: 

  • The data collected from this survey will be used in a research study.
  • The data collected will be analyzed and used to write recommendations to the leadership of the University. 
  • Participation in the survey is voluntary.

This survey will help the President’s Fellows make recommendations to the University regarding the positive contributions it can make to near-campus vibrancy through resource investments and strategic initiatives. 

You must be age 18 or older to complete the survey. 

  • The survey is anonymous.
  • You will not receive any benefits or payment from your participation in the survey.
  • Your decision to participate or not in the survey will not impact your status at UMB.
