SPARK! Q meetings are quarterly meetings designed for supervisors to gather and learn valuable strategies, share challenges, and engage in supportive dialogue to enhance leadership efforts.
We will kick off SPARK! Q meetings in October. The meeting will address Managing Hybrid-Remote Teams Successfully. Specifically, in a panel discussion, we will learn from UMB supervisors who are doing an effective job of managing hybrid-remote teams. The conversation will address:
- Key leadership behaviors needed for successful hybrid-remote teams
- Building trust and connection within the team
- Tools and methods utilized to assess performance
- Strategies on how to keep the team motivated and passionate about their work
In addition to the panel discussion, we will:
- Have opening remarks from senior leadership
- Review the SPARK! Supervisor Academy
- Celebrate successes and highlight current challenges
- Network and get to know one another
