Seeking Research Assistant for Evaluation Study of Intimate Partner Violence Screening Tool in Maryland Courts
May 08, 2024We are seeking a research assistant (RA) for an implementation and evaluation study. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience interacting with parents involved in the Maryland family courts and using qualitative and quantitative methods for program evaluation.
We will provide all the necessary training and equipment. The RA will telework 10 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule, but is expected to be available for group virtual meetings and check-ins. Interested participants must have an undergraduate degree, be in their final year of undergraduate studies, or be pursuing graduate education in social work, family studies, psychology, or related fields. The position is available immediately. Preferences for applicants who are fluent in English and Spanish and/or with an interest in the criminal justice/legal system, partner violence, or policy practice, and who can also commit to a duration of up to one year.
