Join our panel on April 24 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to learn about the latest scientific research on climate change and its impact on global health. Attendees will gain valuable insights into challenges facing Maryland and potential solutions. Breakfast included.

The panel will include:

  • Shiladitya DasSarma, PhD, a pioneering microbiologist at the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology, University of Maryland School of Medicine
  • Andrea Buchwald, PhD, an infectious disease epidemiologist from the University of Maryland School of Medicine Center for Vaccine Development and Global Health
  • Christopher Beck, climate change deputy program manager from the Maryland Department of the Environment
