During The Table Dialogue, we'll be focusing on unpacking the bias embedded in what is considered "professional" and "unprofessional," specifically when it relates to women in academic settings and the workplace. We'll discuss how certain norms and behaviors such as dress code standards, work-life balance, caregiving, and self-expression and advocacy impact women and their well-being.

The "Women and the Bias of Professionalism" discussion will be at noon March 20.
