We did it, we surpassed our goal of securing funds to create 300 pantry meal kits to be distributed to UMB students throughout the academic year.
Through the generosity of 89 donors, we raised $3,820 and are now able to prepare 382 meal kits.
”We are grateful for the kindness of so many UMB faculty, staff, alumni, and friends and appreciate their commitment to supporting UMB students in meeting their food goals. This support goes a long way in alleviating some of the uncertainty experienced by our students," said Courtney J. Jones Carney, DPA, MBA, executive director of intercultural leadership and engagement.
