Do you know?  Employees are able to review and update their personal information including their degree/highest education level on the myUMB Portal. 

Below are quick instructions on how to update your education and other personal information: 

  • Go to the umaryland home page
  • Login to the portal (myUMB)
  • Scroll down and go to the Self-Service Menu (subtitle)
  • Click on My Employee/Affiliate Info
  • The Personal Information Summary tab will appear with your personal information.
  • Scroll toward the bottom of the page to Highest Education Level subtitle to see if your most recent degree is listed. If not, you will need to update this through the HR Service Center.

To update your education level, have an official transcript mailed to:

Attn: Human Resource Service Center – Transcript OR have an official copy emailed from your school to HRServiceCenter@umaryland.edu.
