Volunteers Needed for Study of Sleep and Brain Function

Do You Have Trouble Sleeping?
The University of Maryland, Baltimore is conducting a research study to evaluate sleep and daytime function in older adults. We want to learn more about the connection between sleep and daytime functioning in adults living with sleep problems, such as trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, or not getting enough sleep.
You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Between 60 and 85 years old
- Have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or both
- Sleep less than 6.5 hours per day
- Comfortable wearing an activity tracker
Study conducted remotely. Compensation provided.
