YouthWorks Summer Jobs Launch Careers

Now's the time to think about your summer hiring needs. Could a summer YouthWorks student help your office or team?

Private-sector YouthWorks is a collaboration between the Mayor's Office of Employment Development and the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The University hires eligible students ages 16 to 21 in various positions on campus.

  • Length of program:  July 8-Aug. 9
  • Hourly wage:  $15.00 per hour
  • Incentive:  Departments who participate earn a 25 percent subsidy for the duration of the program.

Deadline: Submit your request by April 5.
