We are looking for an advanced practice nurse to participate in a supported project providing Interdisciplinary Wellness Clinics to low-income senior housing communities one afternoon a week (from 1 - 4 p.m). 

The team is well established and will be adding additional communities to our activities.

This is an opportunity to work with and learn from seasoned clinicians, including a pharmacist, advanced practice nurse, nurse, and social worker.
