The goal of this training is to provide educators with a glimpse into the power of generative artificial intelligence (AI) for teaching and equip them with the knowledge and tools to use technology to make learning more interactive and impactful. We’re excited to be able to host this event for Maryland education institutions.
MSLE is committed to empowering every faculty member with the resources and tools needed to equip students with cutting-edge technical skills. This is a free program. These in-demand skills, from cloud computing to AI and beyond, are aligned to industry-recognized Microsoft credentials and will set graduates up for real-world success. Institutions that join MSLE have access to resources like ready-to-teach curriculum, lab environments, and Microsoft Official Courseware. Not only do you get the resources you want, but you have access to support when you need it.
This is the same curriculum we use to train our own staff. You can access all courses and certifications here: Microsoft Learn: Build skills that open doors in your career. MSLE courses can be taught in your curriculum, offered as a co-curricular or extracurricular program. You can also offer these courses to your community stakeholders. We can help you map your courses to the Learn modules. Learn more about the curriculum.
There is a focus on applied skills. With MSLE, faculty members can easily integrate AI skills, technical skills, and industry-trusted and verified credentials into their curriculum to set students up for real-world success. Learn more.
Registration is first come, first serve. We hope to see UMB faculty there!
