CITS Launches New SysAid Self-Service Portal on Dec. 3

We’re excited to announce that UMB is launching the SysAid Self-Service Portal as a new addition to Help Desk Services. Starting Wednesday, Dec. 3, UMB faculty, staff, and students can now access the portal, in addition to standard email or phone call support services. This addition of the portal is part of our ongoing commitment to improve efficiency and enhance your experience when requesting technical assistance.

- Streamlined Ticket Submission: Submit and track your IT requests easily through the SysAid portal.
- Real-Time Updates: Stay informed with status notifications and progress updates.
- Knowledge Base Access: Find helpful articles and solutions directly within the portal.
