The UMB Office of the Controller is thrilled to announce a new Guest Travel policy that applies to students, affiliates, and nonemployees. This change will simplify the current process by eliminating the need for guest profile setups in Concur, which should shorten the process by an average of four business days. The new process for booking will closely resemble our existing Concur travel request process using agent assist. This policy will be in effect as of Feb. 1, 2025.
