Students, affiliates, and nonemployees now have a streamlined process for UMB-related travel.
UMB's Office of the Controller is pleased to share that the new guest travel process is in effect as of Feb. 1, 2025. This change simplifies the current process by eliminating the need for guest profile setups in Concur, which shortens the process by an average of four business days. The new process for booking closely resembles our existing Concur travel request process using agent assist. For more information, view a recording of the recent information session.
