Nov 20: CMAS Drop-In Session Focuses on Using PCard for Catering
November 05, 2025Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS) hosts periodic drop-in sessions to discuss a variety of compliance and/or change management issues.
Join CMAS at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, for a one-hour session on using the UMB PCard to pay catering expenses. A short presentation will cover key aspects of UMB’s food policy and related procedures, and relevant PCard documentation requirements. Topics will include allowability of events and common problems/audit issues. The remainder of the session will offer an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns.
Attendance is encouraged for any PCardholders, authorized reviewers, or individuals who plan events involving catering. All are invited to bring specific scenarios for group discussion. Representatives from the Office of the Controller will be available to answer questions.
