Do you have questions about taking part in the PATIENTS Professors Academy (PPA) but weren't sure who to ask? Join us for our PPA virtual Open House on Wednesday, March 5, at 4 p.m. You'll be able to ask questions and learn more about the academy from graduates of the PPA.
The PPA is a free, five-week online program with interactive components led by our patient advisors and content experts. The PPA teaches the PATIENTS Program 10-Step Framework, which equips patients, communities, and care providers to drive health care research in their communities.
PPA graduates will be on hand to discuss their experiences, their roles in the PPA, and the value the PPA has brought to their communities through their participation. The PATIENTS Program team will also be there to answer questions about workload and commitment as well as opportunities for continuous engagement after the academy.
