The Office of Student Success, Leadership, and Engagement has finalized its spring 2026 peer mentor team, and the mentors can’t wait to connect with first-year students. Our mentors are everyday UMB students who know what it’s like to start fresh with new routines, new expectations, and lots of questions.
Your mentor can help answer questions you didn’t even know you had, walk you through campus tools, remind you of important deadlines, and check in regularly. Meetings are flexible, and can be virtual or in person and matched to your schedule.
If you want someone who’s already been where you are and can help you stay organized, supported, and connected throughout the semester, this program is for you.
