Adjunct Nursing Faculty Sought for Study
October 02, 2025This qualitative case study explores how adjunct nursing faculty at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (referred to as "HP University" in research documents to protect institutional confidentiality) develop teacher self-efficacy in teaching leadership courses in doctoral nursing programs. One virtual interview via Zoom is required (approximately 60 minutes) and one demographic questionnaire is required.
You may qualify if each of the following criteria are met:
- You are currently an adjunct nursing faculty at HPU
- You have taught at least one leadership course to doctoral students at HPU
- You have taught at least two semesters at HPU (semesters do not need to be consecutive) between 2020 and 2024.
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and there is no consequence for not participating. All the information you share will be confidential and anonymous, and you can opt out of the study anytime. Your decision to participate or not participate in this study will not affect your employment status at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in any way. Participation is completely voluntary, and your employment is not connected to your research participation.
