Prepare to dive into the deep end of healing! The Center for Hyperbaric and Dive Medicine at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center treats a variety of emergent and nonemergent conditions.
From routine diver physicals to critically ill patients suffering from sepsis, learners will gain insights into the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for a variety of cases and this unique treatment environment.
This session will be presented by Kate Heacock, DNP, APRN-CNS, CRNP, CCRN, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Kelly Carlin, MHI, RN, CCRN, Clinical Nurse II.
